Social movement  «Moral Russia»

 

The problem of harmonic organization of society was central to the concerns that led to the creation of the social movement «Moral Russia». The movement’s founders were struck by the inability of governments to take a long-term view, because they were instead of that too absorbed in dealing with day-to-day social-economic problems and political thoughts. That lack of vision and the impotence of the governments and political movements in resolving some extremely serious problems already besetting the modern world (poverty and unemployment, wares, illnesses, infringement of the environment) raises fundamental questions about the structures and methods of the society organization, and the competence of authorities and politicians. Weak standards of morality among politicians and authorities are a cause of reducing public trust to them. For this reason social movement «Moral Russia» analyzed the roots of the incapacities of governments to fulfill their responsibilities on well-being society.

 

We are living in a period of human history, which was made by rapid global change. More people are better of than ever before, and exciting possibilities of them are opening up. This situation offers particular changes for self-organization of harmonic civil society [1-3], since an orientation taken now will inevitably shape future trajectories and alter the fate of nations and of humankind as a whole. Present forms of governments are clearly not organized to cope with change and uncertainty, to exploit the opportunities or avoid the conflict ahead.

 

Key aspects of self-organization of harmonic civic society are therefore needed urgently. Non-governmental organization and movements, local and regional authorities, national central governments must led ignoramuses and execute  organization and support self-organization by true citizens of harmonic civic society for the foreseeable future. Efforts to improve capacities to organize it should therefore focus on this level. Effective action in response to global transformations must be based on sound moral reason, in order to bring humankind to global equity of collective and individual choices. Harmonic civic society takes account of the needs of humanity as a whole through individual necessary needs.

 

Many organization issues require fundamental reconsideration current social orientation into global transformations. For example, moral human rights, responsibilities and freedom, true needs, spiritual well-being, etc. Organization of processes will be directed by global public orientation which has important consequences for the future: coordinating interaction of orientations of inner worlds of citizens, social-economic conditions for predestination self-realization of every citizen, process of improving of social-economic state structure by the moral professional rotation, utilization of resources on necessary true needs, processes of restoration of resources, technological cycles of ecological productions which are not infringe conditions of self-restoration of the environment, spiritual regulation of the population on restoration of resources guaranteed life for the future generations.

 

Global transformations also mean that governments must organize resource’s world market for establishing global harmonic civil society, particularly in the social-democracy processes of development and ascent of citizens. Through social-democracy processes of development and ascent man will be form spiritual vision, true choice, harmonic integrity. It will bring the people to harmonic life style, true needs, actual encirclement and predestination self-realization for needy. True politicians, authorities and citizens will be fulfill and perfect organization harmonic civil society. Process of self-organization of harmonic civil society will be form on the global social orientation, spiritual and material true guaranteed integrity unity of society and life for the future generations.

 

 

Integrity unity of society is in him harmony. Harmonious society is formed by perfect men. To be a perfect men it means to live harmonious way of life (spiritual, sensible and healthy). Man reaches his perfection trough harmonization his vital activity in society. Harmonization of human vital activity in society is based on realization by man natural true essence (which is founded in him) by laws of harmonious way of life.

 

The task of harmonization man’s vital activity is in creation of his own personality, moral free, with humane intentions and aspirations, when moral consciousness of such personality, granted of all his good will of humane soul, induces him to live by harmonious way of life laws. That is, such improved citizens are as a foundation of moral state, and perfect citizens are as a foundation of harmonious society.

 

Unity between a man and society proceeds through harmonious way of life. A man comes to harmonious way of life though self-realization of true essence. The self-realization of true essence by man caries into effect on spiritual self-determination based by free choice of social guides of harmonization of vital activity.

 

Man is provided social   guides of harmonization of vital activity through mass media, published works, education establishments, enlightenment and cultural institutions, child welfare. Children in their family with their parents, and in child welfare with their educators must communicate on a base of cooperation by rules of formation of good will, by principles of formation of moral consciousness, by laws of harmonious way of life in order to prevent formation of children’s feelings of ready contribution. A man builds his contract relations in society by laws of harmonious vital activity in moral conditions. A perfect man being morally free and capable of activating others for an integration of harmonious of vital activity, directed to meet the demands of harmonious way of life, becomes a true leader.

 

Moral freedom of a perfect man is based on his natural choice of true self-determination of inner spiritualness. The inner spiritualness guides to moral relations regardless of circumstances. These relations are true. Man’s responsibility for moral choice of true relations is a foundation of his social movement along the true way, the foundation of realization vital ties without any opposition. Man’s humane orientation of his purposes and aspirations and realization of his vital connections with High Nature is the expressions of his moral freedom, moral choice, good will, harmony of humane soul and his moral consciousness. Creation of good will, humane soul, moral consciousness by man induces him to live harmonious way of life and bring him up as a stable executive element of steady development of society’s vital activity. Moral consciousness guides and humane soul gives its consent for realization of true essence.

 

Men’s moral consciousness is formed though the system of moral values (i.d. the system of views and ideas, which have been expressing, harmonious vital activity and protecting the interests of harmonious people) through the rules, principles and laws, leading harmonization of men and society. Moral values bring to perfect relations, but they, in it’s term, bring to widening form of self-realization and through them to process of moral professional rotation of rulers.    

 

Perfect rulers reveal the basic knowledge and realize skills of collective organization of spiritual and civic and social and material wellbeing. But when citizens master these knowledge and skills, than process of self-organization of harmonic civic society is accomplishing on social-economic level of society.   

 

Now government must to focus on capacities to carry out higher-order tasks: the use of resources according to necessary true needs of people and society; fulfillment of harmonic organization of society; state and civic education for population; spreading the knowledge on harmonizing social and private vital activity among different strata of population by mass-media; neutralization of negative organizing processes by economic-education methods; development of moral business. Governments will be formed by moral professional rotation.

 

Nations must to develop the collective organization to direction of the integrity unity of world society.

 

This conception can apply to the United Nations family, which must be reformed in order to build up a high-quality staff where representativeness is combined with, but subordinated to the professionalism and high moral standards. Organization of the United Nations and European Union should consider this global orientation of society and discuss with governments of different states.  

 

Each state due to the international world outlook on harmonic life will begin to manifest itself as an ecological formation, which restore the damaged evolutionary structures of the Earth and will become a harmonic ecological­ly, culturally and social-economically perfect society without oppositions. General world outlook of young generations will unite them in future in the international harmonic formation of stable development on the way of Spiritual Ascent of Humankind.
